Brazil Legal Shield provides information about English-speaking Brazilian legal services for foreigners. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our site or contact us.
Contact form submissions: If you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Automatically collected: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and request metadata to deliver the site and protect against abuse. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use only essential Cloudflare security cookies. We do not place advertising or analytics cookies on your device.
Brazil Legal Shield is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently received a child's data, contact us at contact@brazillawyer.com and we will delete it promptly.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale of personal information.
